①应分析本车的用电情况,将发电机的端电压控制在规定范围之内,例如经常在白天行驶的长途车,就会充电多、放电少。要预防过量充电的问题,适当减少充电电流,夜间行驶的短途车、频繁启动的车辆,要预防过量放电,应设法把充电电流适当地调大些,在停放时应充足电,以便下次使用。

②要注意车辆行驶的气温条件。在寒冷地区,要注意对蓄电池的保温工作,合理选择电解液的密度,使其保持在充足电的状态,加注蒸馏水要在充足电时进行,以防结冰。在启动前应对发动机进行预热,摇动发动机合理使用起动机,每次启动时间不宜超过5S,再次启动应间隔15S以后,连续两次启动不着,应排除故障后再启动。所以在寒区,由于蓄电池容量的下降,过量放电的问题尤为突出。

In cold areas, pay attention to the thermal insulation of the battery, reasonably select the density of electrolyte to keep it in a fully charged state, and fill distilled water when it is fully charged to prevent icing. ③充电时蓄电池内进行着激烈的电化学反应。在临近充电终了时,由于有电解水的作用,蓄电池会放出大量的氢气和氧气。氢和氧是易燃气体,当遇到明火时,会激烈燃烧,甚产生爆炸,引起火灾。另外,在充电间的空气中还含有硫酸酸雾,因此设置的充电间须符合两点:
